Positive: This was a very spacious home. The open plan kitchen and living room were definitely the highlights for all of us to congregate after a day in the city. From a location standpoint you're relatively close to a subway, and just up the road there's a street serving a lot of Caribbean food, and a grocery store where you can get all your necessities. The bathroom was spacious, and offered enough room for 4 girls to be getting ready before days & nights out. Having the outdoor area was also wonderful, especially when the weather was nice, sitting out there and eating some food.
Negative: The only downside of this home was the lack of mirrors. There were only mirrors in the downstairs toilet & upstairs bathroom, so when we got ready it was a little tight, manageable, but tight. There were also no full length mirrors in the home, so we had to improvise and use the reflection from the downstairs sliding doors. I would encourage the hosts to consider purchasing mirrors for the bedrooms, either full length or desk (or both).
